This simple 10 minutes abs workout consists of four
exercises that target the lower abs. Do each exercise for 45 to 60 seconds and
then rest for 15 seconds in between. Repeat it and carry out 3 sets of each
exercise.
Reverse Crunch:
The primary activity is known as the Reverse Crunch, lie on
your back on the floor with your knees bowed and feet together. Put your hands
on the floor close to you. Utilize your abs to twist your hips off the floor
and towards your chest, then leisurely lower them back to the beginning
position.
Pilates Scissor:
Pilates Scissor is the next exercise start in the same
position as the Reverse Crunch, but this time extend your right leg straight
out and raise it about six inches off the floor. At the same time, lower your
left leg towards the floor, keep your abs engaged and switch legs extending
your left leg and lowering your right.
Russian Twist:
The last exercise is called the Russian Twist and for this exercise, you'll need a towel or small hand
towel. Start in a seated position on the floor with your knees bent and feet
together. Place the towel under your left foot and hold both ends in your left
hand. Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet together, and back at a
45-degree angle to the floor. Hold your arms out in front of you at shoulder
level with your palms facing each other. Bend your middle to the right, then to
the left to finish one rep.
Things to remember:
1. Do a quick warm-up before starting the workout
2. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with 10 seconds of
rest in between
3. Finish with a cool down and stretch
4. Repeat the entire sets for 2-3 times
